Reverse Engineering

Engineered to Order
We offer custom fasteners, castings, ASME pressure vessels, molded polymers, flanges, supports, snubbers, valves, strongbacks, bearings, bushings, pipe spools, platforms, shafts, and embedments to the Customer's quality standards. We also offer evaluation and refurbishment services for a wide range of equipment.
Nuclear Components
Debora Smith provides pumps, heat exchangers, valves, strainers, pressure vessels, actuators, solenoids, rupture disks, electrical controllers, breakers, transformers, and fire protection devices, complete with the required certifications. We specialize in obsolete nuclear componentry.
Material Provision
We provide high quality raw forgings, castings, flanges, tubing, pipe, plate, beam, angle, caps, tees, channel, rebar, gaskets, o-rings, and polymers, complete with certificates of conformance and testing documentation.
Project Managment
Debora Smith has on-staff PMP certified personnel with extensive Project Management and production control experience in the nuclear industry. We offer onsite support to manage complex projects, field installations, or logistical evolutions.
Extractors and Hydro Rigs
Test Valves remotely and unpack internals in the fastest and most efficient manner possible using proven technology. Minimize effort and risk of valve damage. Operates on compressed air with no electricity required.
